A Bond is a 'Contract of Guarantee' in which the
Guarantor undertakes to pay any of the damages to a
Third Party if there is a breach of their contract.
We have considerable experience in providing bonds to the construction industry, primarily covering performance to Project Completion (PC) and the warranty period that ensues to MGOD. Additionally, we can provide Bonds for prepayment for materials stored off site, performance and warranty on engineering projects. In the Construction Industry, Performance Bonds are put in place to reassure Employers that the Contractor will 'perform' in accordance with the Building Contract.
